Allister Frost
Case Study: A Full Website Overhaul for a World-Class Keynote Speaker
Allister Frost is an international keynote speaker, ex-Microsoft leader, and author of ReadyAlready — a compelling personal brand with a big mission: to save one million working lives. At PRÜF Creative, I partnered with Allister to redesign allisterspeaks.com from the ground up, creating a site that reflects the energy and authority he brings to every stage — and converts corporate event bookers into enquiries.

The Challenge
Allister’s previous site wasn’t keeping pace with his profile. As an award-winning speaker performing for organisations like Airbus, Lloyds Bank, Cisco, and the BBC, first impressions matter enormously — event bookers make fast judgements, and the site wasn’t making the right one. The design felt generic, the brand positioning was buried, and the path from discovery to booking enquiry had too much friction. The goal was to build something that felt as polished and authoritative as Allister’s presence on stage, designed specifically to serve corporate event bookers rather than general audiences.
The Solution:
The redesign centred on three priorities: sharpening Allister’s brand positioning around his ReadyAlready® methodology and “Save One Million Working Lives” mission, restructuring the site’s information architecture around the booker’s decision journey, and elevating the visual design to match his world-class reputation. A video-led homepage hero, strategic placement of client logos and testimonials, and multiple low-friction booking touchpoints — including a date-hold form and direct enquiry options — transformed the site into an active sales tool rather than a passive brochure.

Key Design Elements:
- Mission-Led Hero: A full-screen video hero anchored by Allister’s “Save One Million Working Lives” mission statement — making his purpose and energy felt within the first three seconds of landing on the site.
- Social Proof Architecture: Logos from Airbus, BBC, Lloyds, Cisco, GE HealthCare, and Pfizer brought above the fold, with testimonials woven throughout rather than isolated on a separate page.
- Sector-Specific Credibility: A full industry breakdown on the keynotes page — with named clients per sector — allowing bookers to immediately verify Allister’s track record in their own field. Dual
- Booking Pathways: Two distinct entry points into the enquiry process — a lightweight date-hold form and a full contact form — matched to different levels of booker intent and reducing friction at both ends of the funnel.
- Book Integration: A dedicated section promoting ReadyAlready with links to Amazon, Apple Books, and major booksellers, timed to support the book’s launch.
Results:
- Stronger First Impression: The redesigned site immediately communicates Allister’s authority and scale — client logos, award recognition from The Speaker Awards, and stage photography establish credibility before a booker reads a single word of copy.
- Clearer Conversion Journey: Multiple CTA touchpoints across every page — “Check Your Date,” “Ask About Your Event,” and direct contact options — mean bookers always have a clear next step, regardless of where they are in their decision process.
- Independent Content Control: A carefully structured WordPress build gives Allister’s team full control to add testimonials, update keynote content, and publish new pages without developer involvement.
- Cohesive Brand Expression: The site now reflects the energy, warmth, and confidence Allister brings to every performance — turning the website from a liability into one of his strongest marketing assets.
Conclusion:
This project was a genuine collaboration — Allister brought incredible raw material to work with, and the redesign gave it the platform it deserved. The result is a site that works as hard as he does: building trust quickly, removing booking friction, and making the case for Allister from the moment someone lands on the page.
